What's New in Handheld Food Products?

Handheld foods are becoming increasingly popular with consumers as snacks and breakfast fare. Handheld options dominated the top 10 retail-prepared snacks consumers would order at least occasionally if available, according to Technomic’s recent Retailer Meal Solutions Consumer Trend Report. The same goes for retail-prepared breakfast foods, which suggests that breakfast is typically a quick, on-the-go occasion, says Technomic.

Here are five products that fit the trend.
