Coca-Cola to Show Slew of New Products at NACS Show

It's that time of year again. Leading up to the convenience industry's biggest event, the NACS Show, many c-store brands, large and small, begin to leak details about the new products they plan to display.

Coca-Cola is among them. 

Click through to see nine of the new and emerging products from the Coca-Cola portfolio to be displayed on the show floor from Oct. 18-21 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

Sprite Cherry and Sprite Cherry Zero

The company will unveil two new flavors of Sprite at this year's NACS Show: Sprite Cherry and Sprite Cherry Zero. The products will launch nationwide in the first quarter of 2017 and will be available in 20-ounce PET bottles. Inspired by the popular Sprite flavor combination on Coca-Cola's Freestyle machines, the new products combine the cool, crisp lemon-lime taste of Sprite with a twist of cherry. 

Gold Peak Diet Green Tea

Gold Peak Diet Green Tea

The first in a line of new Gold Peak products, Gold Peak Diet Green Tea is taking advantage of two beverage trends: the growth of diet tea products (19%, according to Nielsen) and, specifically, the growth of diet green tea products (8%). This new tea is available in 18.5-ounce PET bottles and will be available nationwide in 2017.

Gold Peak Slightly Sweet Tea

Gold Peak Slightly Sweet Tea is appealing to consumers' desire for slightly sweet tea products. This product has 50% less sugar that Gold Peak Sweet Tea and will be available nationwide in 2017 in 18.5-ounce PET bottles.

Gold Peak RTD Tea Lattes

Gold Peak RTD Tea Lattes

Sales of Gold Peak products have grown 23% year to date, according to the company. The popularity of tea lattes has also grown to become an emerging beverage category among millennials. To meet this demand, the company is launching tea lattes in two flavors in early 2017: Chai Latte and Vanilla Chai Latte. 

Gold Peak RTD Coffee

Gold Peak RTD Coffee

Launching in early 2017, Gold Peak RTD Coffee is the latest entry from the brand into a category it says has seen five-year dollar growth of 93%. This product is cold brewed for a smooth taste. It is made with real cream and sugar and comes in two flavors: Salted Caramel and Almond Toffee.

Fuze Tea 'Sweet and Lightly Tart' Flavor Fusions

FUZE Tea "Sweet and Lightly Tart" Flavor Fusions

As consumer tastes evolve, sour and tart flavors are more and more popular. Fuze Tea "Sweet and Lightly Tart" Flavor Fusions are available in Watermelon and Green Apple flavors.

Aloe Gloe

Aloe Gloe

The Venturing & Emerging Brands unit of Coca-Cola obtained a minority equity stake in Aloe Gloe in June 2016. The organic aloe water comes in four flavors: Crisp Aloe, Coconut, Lemonade and White Grape. It is available in select c-stores across the country.

Hubert's

Hubert's

Hubert's Lemonade is debuting at the NACS Show as part of the Coca-Cola portfolio for the first time. It is a leading lemonade brand in the natural channel and is expanding into convenience between now and summer 2017. It is available in 16-ounce glass bottles. A new flavor, Pineapple Ginger, will launch in 2017.

Also appearing for the first time as part of Coca-Cola, Peace Tea comes in newly redesigned 23-ounce cans in seven flavors: Razzleberry, Caddy Shack, Sweet Lemon Tea, Green Tea, Georgia Peach, Sno-Berry and Texas Style Sweet Tea.
